Auckland PHO are supporting Aotearoa Immunisation Week (29 May to 4 June 2023) and are encouraging Practices to get involved, participate and celebrate the importance of immunisations to protect whānau as winter approaches.

We would like to support teams over the next couple of weeks to assist with immunisations with these following options:

• Auckland PHO staff available for recalls

• Auckland PHO vaccinating and recording team

• Countdown, Pak’n’Save or Subway vouchers for patients – encouraging them to come into the practice

• Funded transport to/from vaccination appointment via the Taxi Charge portal

• Collateral communication and promotional materials

There will be funding to help with this –Te Whatu Ora has allocated funding to assist with activities. More information about this to follow.
