New Primary Care Funding Arrangements Effective 1 July	We expect the new primary care funding arrangements to take effect from 1 July, with the funding offer having now been supported by all parties. This provides greater certainty for practices while work continues the next phase of implementation. To support these changes, an updated PHO Services Agreement is currently being developed. The PHO and Contractor Providers will jointly fund an independent legal review of the proposed changes. The revised Agreement will clearly reflect the new funding arrangements within the Heads of Agreement, providing greater transparency and clarity for practices on how funding will be applied. Following completion of the updated PHO Services Agreement, PHOs will be required to issue new back-to-back Provider Agreements with each practice to give effect to these changes. There is still further work to be completed on the new performance framework. This work is expected to include additional investment and will be progressed collaboratively over the coming months. We will continue to keep practices informed as details are confirmed. Practices can also expect to receive updated monthly P3 reports, providing refreshed patient co-morbidity data to support population health management, service planning, and funding accuracy. Auckland PHO Webinar – Introducing our new data digital platform, Mira NEW DATE	We are continuing to make good progress on Auckland PHO’s new digital reporting and claiming platform, Mira, which will progressively replace Mōhio during July. The new platform has been designed with practices in mind, providing a simpler, more intuitive experience for reporting, claiming, and accessing practice information. Rollout will occur in stages, allowing implementation to align with individual Practice Management Systems (PMS) and practice readiness. We anticipate all practices will have transitioned to the new platform by August. To help familiarise practices with the platform before go-live, we invite all practice staff to attend a network webinar where we will provide a demonstration of the system and answer any questions.
