Looking for an interesting role in a Health/Medical Organisation?
Auckland PHO is a Primary Health Organisation and together with our 26 General Practice teams, we provide innovative, collaborative and skilled primary care support that improves the health and wellbeing of our enrolled patients.
We are looking for someone to provide administration support for our team and oversee the day to day running of our office of 13 staff and supporting our Executive Team of five, based in Grafton.
You will be an accomplished multi-tasker who takes a mature and flexible approach to work, anticipating problems, providing solutions and stays calm under pressure.
Your role involves:
Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the office
Answering the telephone and welcoming guests
Organising meeting agendas and taking minutes
Overseeing the procurement and stock management of office and catering supplies
Maintaining the Auckland PHO website and Resource Library
Collating communications to our GP Network
The person we are looking for has:
experience in an office environment
proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and office administration systems
great communication skills – both written and verbal
great organisation skills
great attention to detail
Auckland PHO is based in Grafton and offers an interesting and varied role in a friendly and supportive working environment. Parking is available on site.
The role is 30 hours per week (school hours).
