Precall-recall Funding
| Funding for the Precall-recall programme ceased on 30 June. The Mōhio form should no longer be visible to your practice.
However, additional funding for the 6-week immunisation milestone (measured at 3 months of age) is being continued via an outcomes-based enhanced capitation payment.
Performance will be assessed quarterly. Each quarter’s result is compared to a fixed baseline, defined as the 6-week immunisation coverage rate at 30 June 2025. Data will be drawn directly from AIR.

Meningococcal B (Bexsero) Catchup Programme | Children over 5 years Friendly reminder that the Meningococcal B (Bexsero) catchup programme is in place until 31 August 2025 and is available for children from 13 months to 59 months (inclusive).
When a child turns 5 years they are not funded for subsequent doses even if the course has not been completed. |
