National Primary Care Dataset- Data Sharing Agreement	Thank you to our practices who have already returned the agreement. A reminder to return the contract as soon as you are able. Contingent capitation funding will cease on 30 April if the agreement is not signed and returned. Telephone Message/Script for Easter Holidays	With the Easter holidays fast approaching, this is a timely reminder to please ensure your practice telephone answerphone message is up to date and provides clear, accurate information for your patients. Your message should include: Your opening hours over the Easter period How patients can access care when the practice is closed (including after-hours services) What to do in an emergency We have provided a suggested script for you to use or adapt for your practice:Sample Phone Script for Public Holidays Please note that, contractually, practices are required to ensure enrolled patients have appropriate information about how to access healthcare when the practice is closed.  We will be undertaking a brief audit of phone messages over the Easter period and will share feedback with you following the break.  Thank you for your support in ensuring patients can access the care they need over the holiday period.
Under Four Years Influenza Vaccination List of Children	0-4 years Influenza Vaccinations Te Whatu Ora/Health NZ recommend that children who have been hospitalised with a respiratory condition aged 0-4 years or have a chronic medical condition are immunised against influenza. It’s important to encourage immunisation for this group of patients as it prevents further hospitalisations from respiratory illnesses that impact their whānau/families. Now is the time to commence the recall process and invite these children for their influenza vaccination in readiness for the current 2026 Flu season.
