Invites and award categories will be sent soon. |
| The Ministry of Health is seeking the views of GPs and GP registrars about how general practice was affected by COVID-19, how services are operating now, and what would strengthen service delivery and resilience in any future pandemics.
The survey asks about the services most affected, factors that have helped or hindered recovery, and the priorities and practical interventions that would make the greatest difference.
Your experience will provide valuable frontline evidence to inform future pandemic planning and work to improve the resilience of general practice. The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Responses are confidential and will be reported in aggregate.
Participants can choose to enter a draw for one of two $500 professional-development grants. Contact details for the draw will be stored separately from survey responses.
The survey closes Friday 30 October - please copy and paste the follow link into your browser to participate - the survey link redirects to an individual link when clicked which prevents us from sharing it like a normal link in our newsletter.

3.Updated Patient Enrolment Form (repeat from last week’s Pānui | Auckland PHO has developed an updated Patient Enrolment Form that meets the National Enrolment Service (NES) enrolment rules. The updated forms will be made available to practices over the coming weeks. It is important that all practices use the updated form, as the fields have been designed to align with Practice Management System (PMS) requirements and enrolment audit protocols. We understand that some practices may wish to add additional fields to suit their individual needs. This is absolutely fine; however, please ensure that none of the existing fields are removed, as all fields are required to support enrolment compliance and data integrity. If your practice would like copies of the updated form before they are circulated, please contact Shannon at Shannon@aucklandpho.co.nz. Thank you for your support in ensuring our enrolment processes remain consistent, accurate and compliant. |
