The Healthy Mamā Healthy Pepī kete pack initiative aims to connect new mamā and pepī with their primary care provider, and ensure that both mamā and pepī are well supported following discharge by the Lead Maternity Carer (LMC).

 

A welcome kete is gifted to mamā for pepī. The first post-natal check for mamā and pepī is free and is an extended consultation.

The kete pack includes: a flax basket, pamphlets around immunisation, healthy eating, and breastfeeding and a gender-neutral baby wrap.
