Diabetes Self-Management Education
(DSME) and Support
Auckland PHO provides free education and support programmes for people with diabetes through the "Living Well With Diabetes interactive workshop".
Our workshops are a great opportunity to build knowledge, get questions answered, get motivated and connect with other people who have diabetes. We offer workshops throughout the week and in several locations.
Our trained facilitators are from a range of health professional backgrounds and come from diverse cultural backgrounds. We hold courses presented in other languages.

Food tips and practical ideas
