Auckland PHO Awards Friday 9th December 2022
There are four more sleeps to go! Three reminders:
If you have symptoms of COVID-19 or are a household contact, please stay home and while we will ensure the doors and windows are open during the evening, if you have any concerns, please wear a mask. We will also have a supply on hand.
Youthline has been chosen as the charity to support this year and we would appreciate a koha of $5 on the night (more if possible)!
Dress is smart casual
AGM – Wednesday
A reminder to send your RSVP/apology/proxy to komal@aucklandpho.co.nz as soon as possible.
Thanks to those who have already done so.
Summer Holiday Planning
We are completing a check list and Summer Holiday Playbook, for each Practice to ensure that there is adequate clinical cover and support for patients, when closed for the Christmas and New Year break. We expect this to be made available this week.
In the meantime, please remember that each practice must have at least one clinician available during the holidays who can review the Mōhio Practice New COVID-19 Positive Daily Case, Risk and Therapeutic Flag Report in order to support enrolled Covid-19 positive patients, who may potentially be eligible for antiviral treatment. The clinician will need to be available for clinical care to those with risk factors for severe illness as a result of a COVID-19 infection and/or require support.
Priscilla is on Annual Leave
Priscilla will be away until 11th January – having a well-deserved holiday and returning to her homeland in Indonesia. In her absence, please contact Komal@aucklandpho.nz or Ashley@aucklandpho.co.nz
In the meantime, please stay COVID-19 free and well.
