Patient information re-sent to a number of general practices
An error occurred last week where a large number of electronic patient information was re-sent to general practices. There were only a few sent to Auckland Practices. An investigation is underway to ensure this does not happen again. Systems are now operating as normal.
If you have been impacted by this issue, please contact barbara@aucklandpho.co.nz as there is compensation available for GPs, NPs and practice nurses who may have had additional workloads sorting out the volume of patient information that came into your inbox.
