If you are an Auckland PHO Shareholder, please note:

Change in Auckland PHO Auditor – Shareholder Agreement

At each Annual General Meeting, as per the Auckland PHO Constitution, Shareholders agree the appointment of the Finance Auditor for the next annual audit.

GK Audit Services Director Imran Khan has been the Auckland PHO Auditor for several years, and for personal reasons, GK Audit are unable to continue this role and have transferred their audit business to a new audit firm called McMillan Woods NZ, an independent firm of McMillan Woods Global.

As they are a new audit company,  Auckland PHO Shareholders are required to confirm the new Auditor’s appointment and the Board is required to inform Shareholders of the change.

Therefore, if any Shareholder has an objection to this change, they need to notify the Board by Wednesday 22 May 2024 by emailing the Chair,

The full Shareholder list is located on the Company’s website.
