Sentinel General Practice Respiratory Virus Surveillance

ESR are seeking practices to participate in this surveillance opportunity. It’s worth up to $1,500 per year and MOPs points for GPs.

Practice After Hours Telephone Message

We recently conducted an audit of each practice’s after-hours messages on answering machines. We noted that some practices had essential information missing. In order for your patients to get the information they require if they call when the practice is closed, we recommend using this script located on the Auckland PHO website > Resource Library (password: aucklandpho) > Forms, HR and Support > After Hours Telephone Script
