Our website has been updated to provide easier navigation (thanks mainly to Ashley and Priscilla). Home | My Site (aucklandpho.co.nz)

There is a plethora of information for all the practice team there - forms, services, information, position descriptions, communications to name a few.

Check it out. The password remains the same – easily remembered – aucklandpho.

Refugee Mōhio Form

Refugees are eligible for subsidised/funded Primary Care funding for 10 years from the date they arrived in New Zealand - not the date they enrolled at a practice. The updated Refugee Form now includes an automated recall to indicate the date of the 10-year expiry for Funded Refugee Services (#2 in the screenshot). The patient status will automatically be added when the date of confirmed refugee status (#1 in the screenshot) to the Mōhio refugee claim form.
