The Clinical Effectiveness Group Purpose
The purpose of the CEG is to ensure Auckland PHO is accountable for continuously improving the quality of its services and safeguarding high standards of care by creating an environment of excellence.
The group provides oversight for:
- Clinical effectiveness
- Quality assurance
- Provider education and development
- Clinical audit that leads to continuing quality improvement
- Risk management
- Research and development
